PB Devotion
Gratitude is the feeling of appreciation for kindness or blessings received,
It is cultivated through practices like journaling
mindfulness
expressing thanks.
Practicing gratitude offers significant benefits:
reduced stress
improved mental
physical health,
greater sense of well-being.
So let gratitude be your attitude!
I will exalt you, my God and King, and praise your name forever and ever. I will praise you every day; yes, I will praise you forever. Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! No one can measure his greatness.
Psalm 145:1-3
I will do this:
Exalt: exalt” comes from the Latin word exaltare, which means “to lift up.” In Psalm 99:5, “exalt” translates a Hebrew imperative that means “Lift up!” So the first part of this verse could be translated literally, “Lift up the Lord our God!”
Praise: , praise is an outward expression of gratitude, love, and adoration for God's character and actions
Why: The Lord is worthy!
Worthy: having or showing the qualities or abilities that merit recognition in a specified way.
I will exalt you, my God and King, and praise your name forever and ever. I will praise you every day; yes, I will praise you forever. Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! No one can measure his greatness.
