Daily Devotion

Brokenness comes in many ways. Most of the time it’s due to our own sin. We experience suffering due to the fallenness of the world and our own hand. The brokenness we need from Christ heals. It is the first step toward cleansing. Be cleansed by the Word. Let it wreck you.

For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12

Allow the Word to wash you and make you new. This is the time to submit to God and resist the devil. Allow the Word to separate you from sin. Jesus Christ died and resurrected putting sin in its place. Sin has no power over us anymore. When sin is alive and active in our lives it’s because we allow it. Don’t allow it. Remember, the Word of God is alive and active. The Word of God is sharper than any two-edge sword. The Word of God separates soul from spirit. Allow Jesus to do a great work in you.
