God’s Word is full of reminders to pause and give thanks not just on Thanksgiving Day, but in every season of life.

* 1 Thessalonians 5:18 – “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
* Psalm 100:4 – “Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!”
* Colossians 3:17 – “And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

We must be forever grateful in all things; even when we struggle with limits.
We all have limits. I don’t know how God will choose to meet you in your limits. It may be with an abundance of grace, an abundance of friendship, an abundance of laughter, an abundance of peace or an abundance of dark meat turkey.

God is always meeting the needs of his children like any good parent.

Look for reminders and pause; give thanks to the Lord for he is good. He meets us right where we are and fills the gap.

Know that as you go through this season God is meeting your need.
