IF MY PEOPLE WHO ARE CALLED BY MY
NAME WILL HUMBLE THEMSELVES, AND
PRAY AND SEEK MY FACE, AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS, THEN I WILL HEAR FROM HEAVEN, AND WILL FORGIVE THEIR SIN AND HEAL THEIR LAND.”

One of the names God chooses to be called by is “Jehovah Ra- pha,” which means “The Lord who heals you.” If God calls Himself the Healer, then you have the right to believe what He says and expect that, given an opportunity, He will perform His role.

So, when you or a loved one is sick, do these two things:

1. Pray, in faith, believing. Jesus spelled it out clearly:

“All things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted to you”
Mark 11:24

2. Look for faith-filled people who will pray and agree in faith with you.

If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you”
Matthew 18:19
