This phrase originates in Leviticus 19:18 and is repeated in Mark 12:31.
Living in a world where the media continually reminds us about violence, conflict, hunger, and poverty it’s easy to feel guilty that we are not doing enough to help and fear that our efforts will accomplish little. As we go through our life there are many situations and circumstances that are unfair and unjust. Life is interesting because people are a huge factor. We must remember that the only thing we owe people is the love of Jesus. The love of Jesus causes us to act in the best interest of others. If you save one you save the world. No act of kindness goes unnoticed by God.
Love God and love people.
