“And since we are his true children, we qualify to share all his treasures, for indeed, we are heirs of God himself. And since we are joined to Christ, we also inherit all that he is and all that he has. We will experience being co-glorified with him provided that we accept his sufferings as our own.”

Thank God for the Holy Spirit. Through the comfort of the Holy Spirit we are free from bondage to fear. Many times we like to believe that this freedom eliminates suffering from your life but this is not true. We will suffer disappointment, defeat, grief, frustration and obstacles far beyond our  control. But the good news is even when trouble comes our way, we don’t have to
be afraid. Salvation grants us full access to a heavenly Father who sees our grief, knows your heartache and delights in caring for us.

 We don’t have to fear disappointment, defeat or grief because we are children of God. And His love for us is infinite. As a co-heir with Christ, a child of God, whatever comes, you can rest easy knowing that you’ll never have to endure suffering alone.
