IF MY PEOPLE WHO ARE CALLED BY MY
NAME WILL HUMBLE THEMSELVES, AND

We have set our hearts and mind on these two things, fasting and prayer. This set amount of days is going to be different. When I get hungry or want something to eat, I’m going to remember why I’m fasting and draw closer to God.

Fasting can’t help but break up routine, giving God space to do what only He can do. God wants to grant us His favor. Turn away from the toxins of this world. Allow God to release His hope, freedom, grace, and transformative power in every area of life.

NOW, THEREFORE,” SAYS THE LORD, “TURN TO ME WITH ALL YOUR
HEART, WITH FASTING, WITH WEEPING, AND WITH MOURNING.”
