“Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again. God will make this happen, for he who calls you is faithful.”
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 NLT
Jesus will make us completely holy. Jesus said be holy as I am holy. This holiness extends to our spirit, soul, and body. This holiness will keep us from being legitimately guilty at the rapture. We can be assured and have full confidence that Jesus will make this happen if we stay true to Him by the spirit.
The spirit connects us to God and enables us to worship God and to fellowship with Him. The soul is the seat of emotions (mind, will, intellect, imagination, emotions) and makes us conscious of our being. The body connects us to our environment. We must surrender every part of us to God so that it is made holy. Be holy as He, Jesus, is holy.
God is faithful. He can not lie. He will do what He says He will do. Be peaceful, hardworking, and forgiving. Rely on the faithfulness of God. Be holy.
