The High Holy Days are Here!!

THE FALL FESTIVALS
The Fall Holidays are celebrations that anticipate what Jesus will do when he returns to the earth as a King-Healer in the future.

Feast of TRUMPETS: (Rosh Hashanah) This holiday anticipates Jesus’ second-coming and enthronement as our King. The day is marked by blowing a special trumpet, called a shofar or a ram’s horn.

THE DAY OF ATONEMENT: (Yom Kippur) This holiday anticipates when Jesus is our judge and cleanses the world from sin and death. This is a solemn holiday of mourning, fasting and repentance.

Feast of TABERNACLES: An eight day celebration, Tabernacles looks forward to the time when all will be restored and we will be in eternity with Jesus. On this holiday, we remember that this world is not our home.
