Philippians 2:14

The Old Testament leader Moses was commissioned by God to deliver the Hebrew people from Egyptian bondage into a promised land. Despite being freed from an oppressive slave-based system, many of them started to complain about the effort it would take to possess the land they were to inherit and the journey through the arid wilderness to get there. As a result, a whole generation of Hebrews perished in the Palestinian desert. Do you find yourself complaining or grumbling when the journey towards God’s promises seems burdensome? Start changing your perspective and your speech. Shift from complaining to praising. Replace murmuring with words of appreciation and step into the promise God has set for you!!

Fasting is focused on food or the lack of and prayer. Your attitude and heart posture will determine the success of this fast.
