PB Devotion

We experience defeat because we major on the minors. We chase after money, fame, and the material things of life, ignoring the Lord’s command to seek first the Kingdom. He said if you seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, then you automatically receive the “goodies of life” that we seek. He’s not talking about bringing these good things or blessings into your life; rather, they’re an extension. The good things of life lie beside or go with the Kingdom, and His righteousness; you don’t have to pursue them. As you commit yourself to the preaching and spreading of the Gospel, every earthly blessing you require is laid side by side with it; they’re connected; more like a reaction. Expand the Kingdom.
