PB Devotion: 21 Day Daniel Fast

“If they listen and obey God, they will be blessed with prosperity throughout their lives.
All their years will be pleasant.
Job 36:11

All scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.
2 Timothy 3:16-17

We have to stick to what we have learned and believed. There’s nothing else like the written Word of God. The Word shows and is showing us the way to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another; showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes and training us to live God’s way. Through the Word we are put together and shaped for the task God has for us.

As we continue in this fasting season, remember, it is the Word of God that changes you. What you do in secret with the Lord and concerning the Lord will be rewarded in public. Don’t get tired in your well doing. Keep moving forward with God.
