PB Devotion

Christmas is not just a time to be joyous, but it's a season of giving, a time when our actions paint the world with love and kindness. Faith is the currency of the kingdom, and as believers, we’re called to distribute it liberally. It takes faith to be generous; never expecting anything in return.

Being generous to those in need isn’t solely about grand gestures; it’s in the simple acts of kindness. It’s in the comfort of a meal shared with someone who didn’t expect to eat that day, or in the joy of toys given to children that would otherwise have none under their Christmas tree.

This season let’s be the hands and feet of Jesus. Pay for the groceries or the coffee of the person behind you in line, visit a nursing home or a neighbor with a carol in your heart and a gift in your hands, or serve at a local shelter or your church. Remember, generosity doesn’t always mean parting with material things; sometimes, it’s about giving your time, your attention, and your love to those who need it most…its usually those within your own four walls.

As we celebrate the birth of Christ, who gave the most generous gift of all, let us also step out in faith. For in giving, we reflect the heart of God, and we open the door to the true joy of Christmas. Let generosity be your signature this year.

Merry Christmas!!
