PB Devotion

What is your heart language? Chances are that, even if you're multi-lingual, you have one language which is closest to your heart. This is often the language your parents spoke to you, the language of your early childhood. It is the one your mother used to sing to you, your father told you stories in, your brothers and sisters used to tease you with. No matter how many languages you learn later, this one will always be your heart language.

This might be the reason why God chose to do a very specific miracle on the day of Pentecost. He could have done anything!!! God chose to give the first Christians the gift of tongues. Without ever having studied, they were able to tell the story of Jesus in the languages of the people gathered in Jerusalem that day; people from across the known world. Three thousand were baptized that day.

Your heavenly language should be your heart language. The language only your Heavenly Father understands. It is your most holy faith. The gifts of the Holy Spirit add to the body of Christ. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are for edifying the body of Christ. We are better and stronger when the Holy Spirit is involved in our daily lives. Allow the Holy Spirit to operate in you. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish for Christ!!

The Road to Pentecost!!!

This is the Year of Overflow

Sow Anyhow!!

“Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen."
Ephesians 3:20-21
