“So then, since Christ suffered physical pain, you must arm yourselves with the same attitude he had, and be ready to suffer, too. For if you have suffered physically for Christ, you have finished with sin. You won’t spend the rest of your lives chasing your own desires, but you will be anxious to do the will of God.”

The journey with Christ is not easy street. If you have a desire to expand the Kingdom or recognize the need for Kingdom expansion you will suffer. You will have to deny yourself the things of this world that gratify your flesh. Your will and your desire can never compete with His (Gods) will and His desire. Souls are the commodity of heaven. Money is the commodity of this world. When the desire for money supersedes your desire to save souls you are gratifying the flesh. Money is just an example.
